Welcome and pass around handouts with bullet points to follow along, services info, and contact info

15 minute icebreaker (intro, when’s the big day, focus areas, what do you hope to gain from this workshop)

Physical Portion: 30 minute workout

Mental Portion: 20 minute mental preparation discussion (be proud of whatever you get to, more about the effort than the results, planning can be stressful so taking care of your physical and mental health is key, fitness can help you focus and destress, want to enjoy the entire process so keep yourself happy, establishing healthy habits to bring into the next chapter

Closing statement (importance of nutrition, sign up for challenge, bands for sale, promo code for attending?, thank you)...also have a survey for them to fill out so we can use the feedback for future workshops and use the reviews to put on page as endorsements

15 minute Q & A
