-The societal stigmas around strength and strength training. -How to strike a balance between flexibility and strength. -What relaxation actually means. -Thinking “outside the box” to achieve strength through relaxation. -Techniques and exercises to strengthen without equipment. -Understanding the geometry of stretching to ultimately achieve strength. -What’s holding you back: the nature of connective tissue and cells. -How to pinpoint you or your clients’ tight/weak areas to achieve a balanced body. -How to improve your posture. -The differences between kinesthetic awareness and proprioception to improve your workout. -Mindfulness to achieve optimal performance. -Finally, through Essentrics®, we will put together what we have learned into a full-body balancing routine.
