Master Tae Bo Class : A whole body fitness exercise that combines martial arts with boxing, Tae Kwon Do and aerobic dance steps. It is a cardio vascular workout which builds strength, muscular fitness, flexibility, balance and mental focus.
Billy’s BoomBoxing™ Workshop: BoomBoxing is a new and exciting way to workout. The workout consists of 8 basic Martial Arts moves combined with upper body boxing Kata techniques. BoomBoxing is a high intensity workout, combining cardio-kickboxing, boxing, and mixed martial arts, which uses bags and hand pads for striking (not a necessity for this workshop). Specifically designed music puts the boom in BoomBoxing.
